Emergency Physician in Burlington, Vermont and Plattsburgh, New York. Fellowship trained in Translational Stroke Research and former co-Medical Director of multiple stroke centers in Rhode Island and Vermont. Holds a Masters of Health Care Innovation from the Penn Center for Medical Ethics and Health Policy. Currently serves as the Medical Officer of the Care Coordination System for the UVM Health Network, the Chief Medical Officer of the Adirondack ACO, and current Vermont ACEP chapter President.
