Trent She, MD, FACEP, has served as a speaker for ACEP’s AEMUS FPD Exam Review Course since 2025. Dr. She is currently the emergency ultrasound division director and the emergency ultrasound fellowship director at Hartford Hospital in Connecticut, where he serves as an attending physician. He is also an assistant professor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Dr. She earned his doctor of medicine degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and an emergency ultrasound fellowship at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai St. Luke's West.

Dr. She has received several awards, including the ACEP Ultrasound Section’s Future Leader in Education Award in 2024 and ACEP’s National Junior Faculty Teaching Award in 2022. Dr. She has also received various appreciation, excellence, and teaching awards consistently throughout the years. He has published numerous peer-reviewed studies, reviews, and book chapters in emergency ultrasound. Dr. She has also authored several articles for the ACEP Emergency Ultrasound Section’s Newsroom. Dr. She has given numerous national, international, regional, and departmental lectures during his career, and he has also participated in many hands-on teaching experiences. Dr. She has a special interest in ultrasound and medical education.
