ACEP EUS Pre-Hospital, Austere, and Tactical subcommittee is online and here to make some (sound)waves!

We are in the process of revitalizing this committee and looking for colleagues eager to work with us on shifting the future of the pre-hospital US landscape.

We hosted our first meeting February 25th, 2025 and began work on some interesting projects including:

• Tactical US Handbook
• OHCA US protocol development
• Updated List of handheld US devices including pros/cons
• EMS-Specific US Credentialing

We hope to just be getting started after making great progress during our first meeting and are eager to hear from our members on what more we can do for you and how we can all work together to better advocate for funding in the pre-hospital US space, enable your research ideas, and make a difference.
