Leader Visit Program

The Chapter Leader Visit Program was established by the Board of Directors to increase communication and interaction between national ACEP and its 53 chapters. Its purpose is to provide an opportunity for chapter leaders and members and national leaders to interact and discuss issues of importance to both.

Unfortunately, there is currently no ACEP funding available for the program. Chapters are still welcome to invite ACEP leaders to participate in their meetings, either virtually or in-person, at the chapter's own expense by submitting a request through this form. If funding for the 2025–26 cycle is approved by the Board, chapters will be notified in July 2025. 

ACEP Board members invited to chapter meetings typically provide an update to the chapter about national issues and College activities and priorities. The leaders may also agree to give a talk on a specific topic as part of the visit. Consult the list of 2024-25 Leader Topics prior to completing the request form or reach out to the Chapter Services team if you have a specific topic in mind that is not listed or any questions.
