This is an annual confernece for all EM residents and faculty in the state of New Jersey - an activity we have ressurected after COVID to increase the interactions of various state EM programs. Our theme this year is "EM beyond the walls", with a focus on disaster preparednesss, global medicine and military medicine is austere condition. Speakers include Dr. Gary Parrish - "The Pulse Nightclub massacre - The attack, the medical response, the aftermath and recovery", Dr. Joe Kotora "War in Ukraine and Israel: Lessons obsrved for emergency medicine and trauma care", and Dr. James Winslow "Hurricane helene: non-traditional disaster response in a non-permissive environment"
