Join the Peer-to-Peer Support Training for Emergency Physicians to gain the skills and confidence to support your peers’ mental health. Designed by and for emergency physicians, this program fosters a culture of trust, teaches evidence-based techniques to recognize distress, and strengthen resilience to combat burnout. This free, 4-hour (CME) immersive training is designed by emergency physicians, for emergency physicians, and equips participants with the skills to provide confidential, empathetic peer support to colleagues facing stress, burnout, and other challenges.
This session includes real-time scenario-based training with a live actor and expert facilitators. Space is limited to 12 participants.
