Joint statement by the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM) and the World Interactive Network Focused on Critical Ultrasound (WINFOCUS).

As an adjunct to this policy statement, ACEP has prepared a Policy Resource and Education Paper (PREP) titled "Point-of-Care Ultrasonography by Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians."
