NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND ONLY TO QUALIFIED PERSON (AS DEFINED IN THE RULES BELOW). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
PRIZE. Three (3) winners will be selected to receive one (1) Meet & Greet experience with Noah Wyle and Scott Hamilton during ACEP25 in Salt Lake City. Approximate retail value of each prize: $400. Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on July 11, 2025. By entry and for eligibility to receive any prize and/or award related to the Sweepstakes, Participant must agree to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
HOW TO ENTER. (MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE.) Those who register for ACEP Scientific Assembly 2025 by 11:59 p.m. CDT on July 9, 2025, will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. To enter without registering, please send your name, address, phone number, and email address to:

One (1) entry shall be allowed per person. All mail-in entries must be received by the entry deadline to be eligible. The American College of Emergency Physicians (including its related or affiliated organizations) shall assume no liability for entries that are not received by the deadline.
PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY. No purchase necessary. The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. ACEP membership is not required for entry in the 2025 ACEP SCIENTIFIC ASSEMBLY SWEEPSTAKES, nor will it increase any individual’s chance of winning. Employees of ACEP, its Boards of Directors, and members of each of their respective families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing. Prizes must be claimed as directed by ACEP.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZES. All federal, state, and local taxes, laws and regulations apply, and the winner shall bear sole responsibility for paying any gift/prize or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of any value in relation to the ACEP Sweepstakes.

NO TRANSFER; TAXES; NON-USE. Prizes may not be transferred, and no cash redemptions or substitution of any Prize will be made; provided, however, ACEP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value if a featured Prize becomes unavailable. Drawing winners are solely responsible for any taxes on their Prize(s). As required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the fair market value of all Prizes a Drawing Winner receives, and a Potential Prize Winner may be required to provide a tax identification number or social security number as part of the Prize Winner verification process. Once a Prize is claimed, ACEP is not responsible for winner’s use or non-use of a Prize. Prizes are also subject to any terms and conditions of use as may be indicated thereon.
WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION. Winners will be notified on the date of the drawing and will be notified by telephone or email. The winners will be selected on July 11, 2025, and will be notified by telephone or email. If a selected (and otherwise eligible) winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, an alternate winner may be selected. Non-compliance of these terms shall be considered grounds for ineligibility. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalents shall be permitted. ACEP shall have the right to make prize substitutions at its sole discretion.
RELEASE AND WAIVER. By entry or for consideration as a winner in the ACEP Sweepstakes Drawing, the Participant understands that participation is entirely voluntary and requires participants to abide by applicable rules and standards of conduct. Participant hereby releases and forever discharges and holds harmless ACEP and all employees, along with their affiliated companies, successors, agents and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, that may result from or in connection with the ACEP Survey Sweepstakes, even if such liability or claim shall have been caused negligence of ACEP, excluding ACEP’s gross negligence and intentional misconduct.
MEDIA RELEASE. Participant hereby grants all rights, titles, and interests to ACEP for any photographic images, or audio/video or information submitted to ACEP in connection with the Sweepstakes Drawing. Participant hereby grants to ACEP a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license in any and all information submitted, photographic images and/or video or audio recordings that may capture Participant's identifying information, face, sound, or likeness by ACEP (or its authorized contractors) during the Participant’s activities with ACEP. ACEP may use these recordings in media channels, marketing activities or otherwise at the discretion of ACEP.
